Natural Heathergems Sgian Dubh

The Natural Heathergems Sgian Dubh is a beautifully handcrafted piece, made from the stems of Scottish heather collected from the Perthshire hills. The heather is carefully dried, shot blasted to remove the bark, and compressed under approximately eighty tons of pressure to form a solid block. Each handle is then expertly crafted by skilled artisans and lacquered to achieve a unique finish. No two handles are the same, making each Sgian Dubh truly one-of-a-kind.
