  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Digital/downloadable products (if applicable) are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved:

Exchanges

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty product from Soundmax, please:

  2. Provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
